Technical Salesforce & Automation Consultant
As a Technical Salesforce & Automation Consultant, you will be part of our Salesforce practices. You’ll be our technical consultant who is not afraid to tackle the most complex of problems. As a jack of all trades, you will be impressing your customers and colleagues based on your depth and breadth of knowledge. Including your skillset as you’re not afraid to apply hands on activities across various Customer Experience initiatives:
- Connecting the dots between customers and colleagues from various areas:
- Translation of business processes and requirements towards technical solution together with the functional consultants
- Collaborating and extending the high-level architecture with detailed architectural designs until detailed technical specifications of the requirements
- Including hands on translation of a technical solution towards an implemented solution
- You’ll take ownership of parts within a technical solution, in tandem with the architects. Architects will be responsible for overall implementation, whilst you’ll be making the deep dive and acting as the foreman for a particular area
- Guide and help others by proposing the most optimal solution, whilst taking all circumstances into consideration
- Build and deliver functionality through your knowledge of Salesforce platform automation means. Ranging from flows, configuration of platform features, writing an Apex class. Or even implementing a recipe through a middleware
- And always remember helping hands of your colleagues are never far away.

- Hands-on experience with writing of Apex, Lightning Web Components and you are acquainted with best practices
- Interfaces and API’s ring a bell: you have experience developing and/or integration interfaces towards and end-to-end business automation process across disparate systems
- You’ll known when to apply a Bulk API. Whilst being able to define data migration plans and follow best practices
- Having a solid +2 years of experience within Salesforce
- Love being part of a project team whilst working on the development/build stream
- You know the native platform functionalities of the Core clouds. You’ll know when to consider common AppExchange apps for things like document generation, e-signing, …
- You’re familiar and have hands-on experience with writing of Apex, Lightning Web Components and you are acquainted with best practices whilst you’re guiding and coaching your colleagues • Interfaces and API’s ring a bell: you have experience developing and/or integration interfaces towards and end-to-end business automation process across disparate systems
- You’ll known when to apply a Bulk API. Whilst being able to define data migration plans and follow best practices
- Salesforce App Builder & Platform Developer 1 certified
- You’re a continuous learner and are eager to learn from the core platform as well as middleware means
- You can justify technical decisions and trade-offs and speak the language everyone understands
