Tech Lead / Solution Architect (C# .NET)
As our Tech Lead / Solution Architect, you will fulfill three roles:
- As a leader, you will mentor team members, delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and manage external development teams.
- You will be responsible for meeting the development deadlines and doing so within budget. We have plans to expand the development team in the next year and your responsibility will also include defining the required skill set and selecting the best candidates to add to the team.
- As a developer, you will engage directly in coding, developing proof-of-concepts, and introducing new features to our software applications while ensuring code quality.
- As an architect, you will conduct technical assessments, oversee development lifecycles, and direct release management.
- You will also be on the lookout for current and emerging technologies that could enhance the value of our solutions.
- You will become part of our young and international R&D team with experts in various technological domains, including Mechatronics and Micro & Nano-Engineering.
- Your work will involve regular communication with colleagues from other departments to gather the insight and information required for software developments.
- You will also occasionally spend time with the equipment in our lab to get familiar with the hardware and test new developments.
