- Define and implement the technical strategy, vision and architecture, aligning it with business objectives.
- Together with your team develop the next version of the &niped platform, making informed decisions regarding SaaS solutions and transitioning to the cloud.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled software engineers, offering guidance and driving knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure alignment of technology with product roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.

- You are based in the Netherlands
- A minimum of 5-7 years work experience as a developer
- Experience as a team lead or by being the most senior developer in a team and ready for next step
- Experience in (Azure) Cloud solutions
- Proficient in Cloud Native Deployment with CI/CD Pipelines into serverless containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- An understanding of microservice architecture
